The twenty-year-old Information System Design student, Esmail Ben Moussa, the man with the plan behind the app which today is being released as a premature Christmas gift to all of the magazine’s readers.
Why has Lundagård designed an app?
“To make it possible to visit our website without all the extra hassle, so that you can access the site immediately. It makes reading the magazine smoother when you don’t have access to a computer.”
What’s in it?
“It has the entire website, the Swedish as well as the English version, but in a format adjusted for smartphones. There’s also a tip feature which makes it easy to just pick up the phone and send us tips if anything interesting happens. The app makes it easy to access the entire latest issue of the hardcopy magazine.
How dificult is it really to design an app?
“Well, it depends on your previous knowledge. I study Design of Information Systems, but it was actually challenging. Every stage in the making gave rise to new challenges, but the hardest part was having it launched and approved by Apple.
How does one get the Lundagård app?
“All you have to do is (to) visit (the) Apple store by using your smartphone and computer and type Lundagård. Piece of cake.”
