It has been the best news on the Christmas dinner table in the last few years. A more or less non-alcoholic (0.3 percent) root beer for grown-ups – matured for six months on American bourbon barrels. This year there’s an addition as root beer on bourbon barrels has a twin in root beer on rum barrels. The root beer on bourbon barrels has a dark color and a roasted scent of coffee and a little coca cola feeling. The root beer on rum barrels is not as dark and has a delicious oxidized scent of nuts, rum and sugar cane. (554)

Facebook reveals a person’s psychopathy
Do you have psychotic feature you would like to hide? Then you have to be careful when using Facebook – your standing gives Swedish researchers the key to your psyche.
Psychopathy, narcissism and Machiavellianism are called the dark triad within psychology. Maybe not the traits of character you want to tell people about every day. But this is what we unconsciously do when do an everyday update on Facebook, according to researchers at the Sahlgrenska Academy in Gothenburg and at Lund University. (543)
The worlds oldest “selfie” found
The dictionary the Oxford Dictionaire has appointed ”selfie” to be the English word of the year. A Swedish commonly accepted form is still missing but a ”selfie” is a self-portrait, often photographed with a mobile camera and shared in social medias. The use of the word ”selfie” has during one year increased by 17 percent according to The Guardian. Today everyone can watch what could be the world’s oldest ”selfie” on the internet.
Talkative robots at LTH
The robot laboratory at LTH opens up its doors. During the robot week both school classes and students of engineering will visit. Here you can find everything from toy robots to industrial robots. A mobile robot will not work at first and refuses to communicate via WiFi and the smartphone that should guide it. Curious pupils are shown the next robot. But after while the robot are following, moving silently on rubber wheels. The robot is only about 20 centimeters high, an iron box with a keyboard on top.
