I sit here typing this with a glass of water by my side, a simple commodity, yet.
I am fortunate to have been raised in two countries where i never faced the problem of going hungry or thirsty, sadly something all to prevalent for the majority of the world’s population.
It may sound like i’m sitting on the high horse here but the plentiful choices we are presented with each time we need to buy something are something we take for granted.
What if one day these are gone?
What if suddenly our daily lives circulated round trying to find sufficient nourishment for a few more hours, how would we face that?
It puts the fact that many of us are very fortunate into perspective.
